What Is

Our Process?

Each transport is precisely planned and accounts for all variables. Each transport begins before we arrive at your house and each transport completely individualized. An initial set of calls includes a thorough assessment of the client, their family, and what the transport will include: time of arrival, who will be in the house, and which specific staff who will relate most with the client. We take care of everything: plan each detail of the transport, book all related travel, and take all the stress of getting your loved one physically to treatment.

The day of the transport, we typically arrive early in the morning, both because of the increased success rate of early morning transports and to reduce costs. Once the client has met their transportation team, they are able to ask about the specific treatment center to which they will be going to, and voice reservations to professionals, rather than to their parents and family. Once the client is successfully picked up from their home, updates are provided every half hour. On the way to treatment, clients are able to relax, eat, talk with their team, sleep, watch movies, and listen to music – whatever will make them most comfortable before they arrive at their destination. Our team also works before and during the transport with the treatment center at which the client will be admitting to ensure a smooth transition.

After initial transports to primary treatment centers, families often will use us for transport to a second placement, such as therapeutic boarding schools, extended care and transitional programs, or sober livings. These program to program transitions can be just as tricky as the initial transport, and we are able to facilitate and aid in this process.
